Expanding customer bases, new market opportunities and increased revenue all indicate that the company is moving ahead in the right direction.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, growth brings a lot of challenges and not the most significant one is going to be finding the right talent to fit expanding roles. Many fast-growing industries have been struggling to recruit and retain professionals with the skills they need to support continued expansion.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As technology continues to advance and industries become a lot more specialized, the competition for qualified candidates is going to intensify. Organizations that are able to successfully attract top talent usually position themselves for stronger success in the long term.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Demand is going faster than supply<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>One reason talent shortages are becoming a lot more common is that industry growth will usually outpace the availability of skilled professionals.
